⠀⠀ The attention of all the DEOS & EO - DPO , SS in the State is invited to references 4th & 5th read above . The extended term of existing School Management Committees in the State as per reference 4th & 5th read above , is expiring on 30.11.2022 . In this context , as per approval at reference 6th read above , the term of existing School Management Committees in the State is further extended for ( 6 ) months from 01.12.2022 to 31.05.2023 or till new SMCs are formed whichever is earlier . 

Therefore , all the DEOS & EO DPOs , SS in the State are requested to take necessary action in the matter accordingly areport compliance
